The purpose of providing this Financial Services Guide (FSG) is to provide you with information about Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd ("Alpha Fund Managers", "we", "us" or "our"), the services we offer and how we charge for those services. This information is provided to you, to enable you to compare our services with similar providers and to make an informed decision on whether to use our services.
The purpose of this Financial Services Guide is to:
- ensure that you receive important information about the type of financial services we are authorised to provide to you;
- assist you in deciding whether to use any of the financial services that we are authorised to provide to you;
- provide you with information about the remuneration that we may receive in relation to the financial services offered; and

Alpha Fund Managers is a boutique fund manager established in January 2007 with the specific purpose of establishing the Alpha Fund Series. The Alpha Fund Series provides investors with access to sector-specific multimanager funds in the following asset classes: large market capitalisation Australia shares, small to mid market capitalisation Australian shares, global shares, fixed interest securities and property securities.

Infocus Securities Australia Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence. Infocus provides advice on, and deals in, the following Financial Products:
- Deposit and Payment Products, limited to:
- Basic deposit products
- Deposit products other than basic deposit products - Debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government
- Life Products, including:
- Investment life insurance products
- Life risk insurance products - Interests in Managed Investment Portfolios, including:
- Investor directed portfolio services - Retirement Savings Accounts
- Securities
- Superannuation.
You can generally provide instructions to us about your financial product(s) either in writing, by telephone, fax or other agreed means such as e-mail. At the time, we will advise you which instructions must be provided in writing.
How does Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd get paid?
Alpha Fund Managers is remunerated by the Responsible Entity, out of the Responsible Entity Fee.

Infocus Wealth Management Pty Ltd is the parent company of Infocus Securities Australia Pty Ltd (Infocus), Portfoliofocus Pty Ltd*, Platformplus Pty Ltd (ABN 46 103 551 533) and Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd (Alpha). Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd (ACN 124 085 883) is the investment manager of the Alpha fund series of investments and Equity Trustees Ltd (ABN 46 004 031 298) is the responsible entity.
Privacy of client information
In providing our services to clients we collect personal information about them, including sensitive information. Please note we treat all information you provide to us in confidence and will take all reasonable steps to ensure non-disclosure to anyone other than for the purpose of fulfilling your instructions. We abide by the National Privacy Principles established under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001.
The types of organisations or persons to whom your information could be disclosed include:
- The Australian Taxation Office and other government or regulatory bodies;
- Your adviser or adviser dealer group, their service providers and any joint holder of your investment;
- Organisations involved in providing, administering or managing the Funds such as any third party service provider engaged to provide administration, custody, investment management, technology, auditing, registry, mailing or printing services; and
- Those where you have consented to such disclosure, or as required by law.
