Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd is a boutique fund manager, established in January 2007 with the specific purpose of creating the Alpha Fund Series. The Alpha Fund Series provides investors with access to sector-specific multi-manager funds in the following asset classes: large market capitalisation Australian shares, small to mid market capitalisation Australian shares, global shares, fixed interest securities, and property securities. Alpha Fund Managers is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infocus Wealth Management Pty Ltd - a financial services company that has been providing a high standard of financial planning advice and investment services to Australian investors since 1994.

Equity Trustees Limited - the Responsible Entity

Established in 1888 by its own special Act of Parliament, Equity Trustees Limited (EQT) continues to provide secure trustee services to Australian investors. EQT is committed to acting in the best interests of its clients - providing wealth management solutions that cover a range of asset classes and risk profiles. EQT's responsibilities and obligations as the Responsible Entity of the Funds are governed by the Constitutions of the Funds, as well as the Corporations Act and general trust law.

Mercer Investment Consulting - the Investment Consultant

The Alpha Fund Series are constructed and managed by Alpha Fund Managers Pty Ltd's investment team, drawing on the expertise of Mercer Investment Consulting ('Mercer'). Mercer is one of the world's leading investment consulting firms, and they provide specialist investment manager research and advice to assist Alpha's investment team in managing the Funds. Mercer's advice helps Alpha's investment team achieve the objective of optimally diversifying across a range of investment managers with complementary investment styles.
